精准扶贫背景下秦巴山区红色饮食旅游资源评价及开发设想——以四川巴中地区为例

摘　　要：红色饮食旅游资源是红色旅游的重要组成部分,属于比较特别的一种旅游资源。构成红色饮食旅游资源应主要包括革命文化饮食资源、地方特色宴席及小吃资源、茶饮酒水资源以及基本的食品原料资源等。文章阐释了红色饮食旅游资源的含义、其与红色旅游的关系及其开发意义,通过实地考察及问卷调查的方式对四川巴中地区的红色饮食资源进行了分析与评价,总结出适合当地的扶贫型红色饮食资源的开发策略,为当地红色旅游+发展提供帮助。As a special and important component of red tourism resources,red culinary tourism resources include revolutionary cultural foods,local specialty banquets and snacks,drinks and ingredients.This paper explores the definition of red culinary tourism resources,its relations with red tourism and its significance in tourism development.Based on a field study and questionnaire surveys,the paper analyzes and evaluates the red culinary tourism resources of Bazhong areas before proposing strategies for developing local poverty alleviation oriented red culinary tourism.
