积极心理学视角的创新创业服务探析

摘　　要：加强创新创业服务,推进大众创业、万众创新,是实施创新驱动发展战略的重要途径,具有重大和深远意义.从积极心理学的角度分析,提出在服务创新创业的过程中,要从引发主观体验、激发个人特质、促成社会关系三方面分别采取措施与策略,以达到促进人才成长与发展的目的.从而为建设创新型国家、实现中华民族的伟大复兴做出重要贡献.To strengthen services for innovation and entrepreneurship,and promote public entrepreneurship and people’s innovation,is an important way to implement strategy of innovation-driven development,which is of important and far-reaching significance.From the perspective of positive psychology,this paper puts forward that in the process of service for Innovation and Entrepreneurship,we should take some measures and tactics from trigger positive subjective experiences,stimulate positive personal traits,and contribute to a positive social relationships three aspects,to achieve the purpose of promoting the growth and development of talents,so as to make important contributions for building an innovative country and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
