摘  要:针对两种典型轴头泵润滑油系统——主油泵-油涡轮润滑油系统和主油泵-射油器润滑油系统,根据主油泵、油涡轮、射油器及轴承等关键元件的特征方程和设计参数,利用Flowmaster软件建立了二者的动态仿真模型。通过主辅油泵切换过程仿真分析可知,两种轴头泵润滑油系统在无蓄能器条件下主辅油泵亦能从容切换是其共有特性和优势之一。通过停机惰走过程和高位油箱放油过程的仿真分析,确定了两种轴头泵润滑油系统失去自持能力的转速,也就是断油转速,其自持能力将推迟高位油箱的投入时间从而缩减其容积,机组功率越小、惰走时间越短,自持能力对缩减高位油箱容积的贡献越大,此为两种轴头泵润滑油系统的共有特性和另一优势。上述仿真结果与现场实际基本吻合,仿真模型计算精度满足工程设计要求,为大功率机组润滑油系统的设计和故障诊断提供了数据支撑。Aiming at two typical spindle pump oil system,such as MOP-OT Lube-oil system and MOP-OJ Lube-oil system.According to characteristic equations and design parameters of main oil pump,oil turbine,oil jet pump and bearings,the dynamic simulation model of above two systems were established.By the simulation analyzing of main-auxiliary pump switching process,it can be seen that main and auxiliary pumps can be switched smoothly without accumulator,and it is one of the common features and advantages for two typical spindle pump oil system.By the simulation analyzing of stop idling process and drainage process of shutdown oil tank,when self-sustaining ability was taken away for above two systems,and that is oil breaking speed.The service time of shutdown oil tank will be delayed since self-sustaining ability,and its volume will be reduced.The smaller unit power,the shorter idling time,the greater contribution of self-sustaining ability to reducing the volume of shutdown oil tank.it is another common features and advantages for two typical spindle pump oil system.The simulation results are in good agreement with actual situation.The calculation accuracy of simulation model meet engineering requirements.It provided data support for the lube-oil system design and troubleshooting of large-power units.
