七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗飞秒激光辅助准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术后早期视疲劳的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗飞秒激光辅助准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(FS-LASIK)后早期视疲劳的临床效果。方法回顾性分析行FS-LASIK术后1周诉双眼视疲劳患者118例236眼,随机分为治疗组62例(124眼)和对照组56例(112眼)。2组除术后常规用药外,治疗组加用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液,分别于治疗后1周、2周、3周、4周对2组视疲劳评分、调节幅度、调节灵敏度、调节滞后量进行分析。结果治疗组在用药1周、2周、3周时视疲劳评分比较,2组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在用药4周时视疲劳评分为(2.13±0.99)分;对照组视疲劳评分为(2.77±1.19)分,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组在用药1周、2周、3周时调节幅度比较,2组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在用药4周时调节幅度为(9.77±0.83)D,对照组调节幅度为(9.66±0.83)D,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组在用药1周、2周、3周时调节灵敏度度比较,2组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在用药4周时调节灵敏度(9.73±1.08)cpm/min,对照组调节灵敏度度(9.18±1.05)cpm/min,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组在用药1周、2周、3周时调节滞后量比较,2组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在用药4周时调节滞后量(0.94±0.22)D,对照组调节滞后量(1.02±0.27)D,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液对FS-LASIK术后早期视疲劳主觉症状及客观调节指标都有明显改善作用,七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗FS-LASIK术后早期视疲劳安全、有效,值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops on asthenopia at early stage after FS LASIK.Methods The clinical data about 118 patients with binocular asthenopia at 1 week after FS LASIK were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=62)and control group(n=56).The patients in control group were treated by conventional therapy,however,the patients in treatment group,on the basis of control group,were treated by esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops.The asthenopia score,amplitude of accommodation,accommodative sensitivity and accommodative lag at 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in the asthenopia scores,amplitude of accommodation,accommodative sensitivity and accommodative lag at 1w,2w and 3w after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).However there were no significant differences in asthenopia scores,amplitude of accommodation accommodative sensitivity and accommodative lag at 4w after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops is safe and effective in improving significantly the symptoms of asthenopia at early stage and regulating indexes of patients after FS LASIK,which is worth using widely in clinical practice.
