化浊解毒方治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察化浊解毒方治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法收治的120例患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。入组病例共脱落7例,观察组3例(失访),对照组4例(失访)。符合研究方案的病例共113例,其中观察组57例,对照组56例。观察组给予化浊解毒方(水煎服,1剂/d),对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片(每次1 g,3次/d),疗程均为4周,观察治疗前后患者临床症状、生活质量及结肠镜变化。结果与治疗前比较,2组患者接受治疗后各症状积分均下降(P<0.05);治疗后与对照组比较,观察组腹泻、腹痛、里急后重、腹胀积分降低明显(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组0级、Ⅰ级肠镜例数均多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者情感功能、全身症状、肠道症状、社会功能评分及总评分均升高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后全身症状、情感功能、肠道症状评分及总评分升高(P<0.05)。结论化浊解毒方能够有效缓解UC患者临床症状,改善镜下病理变化,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Huazhuojiedu recipe on ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods A total of 120 patients with UC were divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60)according to random number table method.The patients in observation group were treated by Huazhuojiedu recipe(water decoction,one dose a day),however,the patients in control group were treated by mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,1g once,three times a day,with a treatment course of 4 weeks for both groups.The changes of clinical symptoms,life quality of patients and colonoscopy were observed before and after treatment.Results After 4-week treatment,the total effective rate in observation group was 82.46%,which was significantly higher than that(60.71%)in control group.The numbers of patients with grade 0 and gradeⅠin observation group were significantly more than those in control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the overall grade distribution of enteroscopy between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the general symptoms,intestinal symptoms,emotional function,social function scores and total scores of the patients were significantly increased in both groups,as compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,which in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huazhuojiedu recipe can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with UC,improve the pathological changes under the microscope,and improve the life quality of patients.
