班固“北地人”辩证——以《文选》李善注所引范晔《后汉书》为核心

摘　　要：范晔《后汉书〃班固传》无“北地人也”一语,李善引所以有,乃其潜意识作怪所致之失,而非别有所本。姚鼐、梁章巨、李详、高步瀛、许巽行诸家关于这一问题之说,或未达一间,或似是而非。后世之说班固“北地人也”者,均直接或间接本之李善此注而实为“以讹传讹”。既然此前有关这一问题的研究结论皆经不起常识之检验,今又别无新“材料”,则欲有所突破,就得回归原点再出发,而须在研究方法上着力。类此问题,是否会出在“潜意识”上,这当引起研究者们足够之重视。Fan Ye’s The History of the Later Han Dynasty:Biography of Ban Gu does not state that“Ban Gu is a northerner”.The reason why the contents quoted by Li Shan introduce Ban Gu as a northerner is because of his unconscious motivation rather than something else.Some scholars like Yao Nai,Liang Zhangju,Li Xiang,Gao Buying and Xu Xunhang have either failed to reach a consensus on this issue or have made specious statements.“Ban Gu is a northerner”handed down by later generations is directly or indirectly based on Shan Li’s notes,which is actually“erroneous”.Since the previous research conclusions on this issue cannot stand the test of common sense,and there is no new“discovery”now,for any breakthrough,it is necessary to return to the original point and start again,and then focus on research methods.Whether this kind of issue will occur in“unconsciousness”should be paid enough attention by researchers.
