客家乡愁文化符号的解读及其保护利用

摘　　要：乡愁是人们对故乡的一种普遍性情感,乡愁文化符号有独特的文化肌理,他们具有文化记忆、文化认同、文化传承、文化展示的作用。客家乡愁文化符号精彩纷呈,最重要的群体性的形式有客家方言、客家建筑、客家宗祠、客家美食、客家民间艺术等。做好客家乡愁文化符号的保护利用,遵循地方特色,保护乡土建筑;延续乡村文化肌理,保护原味环境;挖掘乡愁文化符号,发展乡村旅游。Homesickness is a universal feeling of people to their homeland.The cultural symbols of homesickness have unique cultural textures,which have the functions of cultural memory,cultural identity,cultural heritage and cultural display.The cultural symbols of Hakka homesickness are brilliant,in which the most important forms of the group are Hakka dialect,Hakka architecture,Hakka ancestral temple,Hakka food,Hakka folk art,etc.Well protecting and utilizing the cultural symbols of homesickness in Hakka,following local characteristics,preserving local buildings,continuing the textures of rural culture,keeping well the original environment,and excavating the cultural symbols of homesickness in ordertohealthily develop the rural tourism.
