摘 要:悬架作为汽车的重要组成部分之一,对汽车的操稳性和舒适性有着重要影响。以麦弗逊式悬架为研究对象,利用ADAMS软件建立其动力学模型,结合多目标优化方法,对悬架各个结构参数进行最优试验分析,得到麦弗逊式悬架优化性能参数。通过对优化前后的前悬架性能进行对比分析,得出最优结构参数。优化实验结果表明:优化后的麦弗逊式悬架综合性能得到了进一步提升。As one of the important parts of automobile,suspension has an important influence on the handling stability and comfort of automobile.Taken with McPherson suspension as the research object,McPherson independent suspension multi-body dynamics model is build in the Adams.Simulation model combined with the multi-objective optimization method is got by analyzed each structural parameter.McPherson suspension performance parameters were obtained Compar-ing optimized analysis with optimization of the performance of the front suspension,the optimal structural parameters are obtained.Optimization of the experimental results show that the comprehensive performance of the McPherson suspension optimized was further ascension.
