摘 要:汽车电动尾门为车主提供很大便利,驱动气弹簧和普通气弹簧结构差异较大,对整车布置、车身结构、性能等要求各不同。针对某配备电动尾门新开发SUV车型,利用Hypermesh软件建立车身模型,进行拓扑优化分析研究,结合项目开发周期、工艺和成本等因素,寻找并确定合理车身结构设计。通过实车试验验证,电动尾门骨架侧安装点刚度等性能满足实际要求。The power lift gate of automobile provides great convenience for the owner.The structure of driving gas spring is different from that of common gas spring,and the requirements for the layout,body structure and performance of the automobile are different.Aiming at a newly developed SUV with power lift gate,the body model is established by Hyper-mesh,and the optimization analysis is carried out.The reasonable body structure is found and determined by combining the factors of project period,process and cost.The test results show that the stiffness of the body point of the power lift gate meets the actual requirements.
