摘  要:图书馆馆藏外文期刊资源结构是否合理,是否能够满足广大的科研一线教师的实际需求,一直都是图书馆文献资源建设工作需要思考的核心问题。从用户的角度,从ESI评价的角度研究馆藏文献资源的保障及评估具有重要意义。文章以SCI科技论文文后的参考文献为分析依据,通过对相关数据的分析,建立以用户需要为第一要务,ESI评价体系为主要指标的馆藏文献资源分级保障和评估模型。基于用户需求的馆藏文献资源分级保障体系提供了馆藏资源评估、未购资源的定位、未购资源及质量的评估等方面的详实数据。提出基于用户需求的图书馆馆藏资源建设的相关建议。Whether the foreign journal resources structure of the library collection is reasonable and whether it can meet the actual needs of teachers in the front line of scientific research have always been the core issue that needs to be considered in the construction of library literature resources.From the perspective of users,it is of great significance to analyze,research and demonstrate the protection and evaluation of library resources from the perspective of ESI evaluation.Based on the analysis of the references in the SCI scientific papers,through the analysis of the relevant data of the reference documents,the classification and guarantee model of the collection of the literature resources with the user’s needs as the first priority and the ESI evaluation system as the main indicators are established.Based on the user’s needs,the library’s literature resource grading guarantee system provides detailed data on collection resource guarantee,collection resource assessment,unpurchased resource positioning,and assessment of unpurchased resource quality.Some suggestions on collection construction are proposed based on users’needs.
