摘　　要：当前,航天测控领域内多数组织已建立起一体化管理体系,正在建立企业标准体系。企业标准体系与一体化管理体系到底是什么样的关系?如何殳足现有的一体化管理体系建立企业标准体系是目前多数组织最高管理者关注的焦点,也是体系和标准化工作人员研究探讨的问题。本文通过比较一体化管理体系与企业标准体系的异同点,探索通过对一体化管理体系的有效整合,构建企业标准体系,满足组织标准化工作的需要,提高组织的竞争力和管理水平。At present,most organizations in the field of aerospace measurement and control have established an integrated management system and are in the process of establishing an enterprise standards system.What is the relationship between the two systems?How to build the enterprise standards system based on the existing integrated management system is the focus of most top managers of organizations,attracting the concerns of researchers on system and standardization.By comparing the similarities and differences between the two systems,this paper explores to build the enterprise standards system by effectively integrating the integrated management system,so as to meet the needs of the organization standardization work and improve the competitiveness and management level of the organization.
