资源拼凑、双元创新能力与企业商业模式创新的关系研究

摘　　要：基于拼凑理论探讨资源拼凑、双元创新能力对企业商业模式创新影响的结构方程模型,结合271家高技术企业的样本数据,实证结果表明,资源拼凑分别对新颖型模式创新和效率型模式创新具有显著的正向影响;资源拼凑对企业双元创新能力具有显著的正向影响;渐进性创新能力对新颖型模式创新的影响不显著,但是对效率型模式创新具有显著的正向影响;突破性创新能力分别对新颖型模式创新和效率型模式创新具有显著的正向影响。中国企业需要重视资源拼凑才能提升双元创新能力,在技术革新非常快的环境下,有效利用好手头的资源进行创新,获得与之相匹配的商业模式是每个企业应该追求的。Base on the Bricolage theory,this paper discusses the structural equation model for the resources bricolage,dual innovation ability impact on the enterprise business model innovation.Using the 271 high-tech enterprise's sample data.The empirical analysis results show that the resources bricolage has significant positive influence on new model innovation,efficiency model innovation and enterprisesdual innovation ability.The progressive innovation ability has no significant influence on new business model innovation,but it has significant positive influence on efficiency model innovation.The ability of breakthrough innovation has significant positive effects on innovation and efficiency.Chinese enterprises need to pay attention to the ingenious combination and rearrangement of resources,so as to improve the ability of dual innovation.In the environment of rapid technological innovation,it is necessary for every enterprise to make effective use of the resources at hand for innovation and obtain a matching business model.
