摘　　要：习近平新时代观的内涵主要包括:"当今时代处在马克思主义所指明的时代”的时代本质;“和平、发展、合作、共赢成为时代潮流”的时代主题;“世界正处于大发展大变革大调整时期”的时代态势。习近平新时代观具有深厚的文化底蕴,中华优秀传统文化、中国革命文化、社会主义先进文化构成了习近平新时代观的文化之根、文化之魂和文化之基;文化自信为习近平新时代观提供了深厚的文化滋养和力量根基,其内含的文化基因进一步推动了中华文化走出国门,提升了中华文化的国际影响力。The connotations of Xi Jinping's new epochal conception mainly include:the essence of the times,which means that“the present age is in the era indicated by Marxism”,the theme of the times,which signifies that“peace,development,cooperation,and win-win have become the trend of the times”,and the situation of the times,which indicates that“the world is in a period of great development,great transformation,and great adjustment”.Xi Jinping's new epochal conception has profound cultural heritage.Chinese excellent traditional culture,Chinese revolutionary culture,socialist advanced culture constitute the roots,soul and foundation of the culture of Xi Jinping's new epochal conception.Cultural confidence has provided a deep cultural nourishment and strength foundation for Xi Jinping's new epochal conception.The cultural genes contained in Xi Jinping's new epochal conception have further promoted Chinese culture to go abroad and enhance the international influence of Chinese culture.
