摘 要:为将钢筋沥青隔震技术应用到我国村镇地区低层框架结构房屋,根据基础隔震理论,在钢筋沥青隔震墩的基础上,提出一种新型钢结构隔震墩,设计和制作了1/2大比例缩尺房屋模型,对其进行振动台试验。通过对隔震模型的动力特性、地震响应进行分析,研究钢隔震墩应用于低层框架结构的减震效果。试验表明:隔震模型在八度多遇地震作用下,隔震钢筋处于弹塑性工作状态,振后复位良好;设置隔震层可有效减小结构的自振频率,明显降低加速度反应,加速度折减系数在0.24~0.51之间。该钢隔震墩减震效果显著,制作简单、价格低廉、耐久性好,适于在广大村镇地区低层框架结构中推广使用。In order to apply the reinforced asphalt base isolation technology to low-rise frame structure houses,the new-type steel isolation pier is proposed on the base isolation theory and the reinforced asphalt isolation pier.The 1/2 scale specimens or models for shaking table tests were designed.The damping effect of the seismic isolation technology for low-rise frame structure was investigated by analyzing the dynamic characteristics and seismic response of the isolated specimens.The shaking table tests demonstrate that under 8 degree frequent earthquake,the steel of the isolation layer works in the elastoplastic range and the good restoration of bearings can be observed.Layout of the seismic isolation layer can effectively reduce the natural frequency of the model,and significantly promote the isolation effects of the acceleration.The acceleration reduction factor of the isolation layer is between 0.24~0.51.The steel isolation pier with effective seismic isolation,simple structure,low cost and good durability is applicable for low-rise frame structures in rural areas.
