新“表”论及其理论与临床价值

摘　　要：新"表"论将"表"进一步细化为"表之表""表之里""里之表"。皮毛、肌腠与外界直接接触,人体最外层为"表之表";经脉、筋骨、血脉位置较表之表部位深,而又不与外界直接相通,故为人体"表之里",人体肺、肾、胃、肠、膀胱等内部脏器与外界直接相通的内膜部分为人体的"里之表"。"表之表""表之里""里之表"只是解剖位置不同,三者均是六邪入侵的通道。根据新"表"论,病在表之表者,当以风药发汗、解肌、开腠以疏卫解表;病在表之里者,当以风药通经、利节、宣通以畅卫达邪;病在里之表者,当在开宣、吐、下中佐以风药以开塞达邪,畅通气机。New theory about exterior further refines the ’exterior’ into ’the surface of exterior’, ’the lining of exterior’, ’the surface of interior’. The fur and tendon which are ’the surface of exterior’ are in direct contact with the outside world. meridians,bones, and blood vessels which are ’the lining of exterior’ are not directly connected with the outside world, and their position is deeper than ’the surface of exterior’. The inner membrane of the human body such as the lungs, kidneys, stomach, intestines,bladder, etc. which is directly connected to the outside world, is the ’the surface of interior’ of the human body. They are only different in anatomical position, and are channels for the invasion of the six evils. According to our new new theory about exterior,the evil spirits invade the ’the surface of exterior’, the methods of diaphoresis, releasing the fresh and opening striaes should be adopted to disperse defense and release exterior;The evil spirits attack the ’the lining of exterior’, methods of relaxing meridians,draining binds and perfusion should be used to unblock defense and reach to pathogen;evil spirits infringe on the ’the surface of interior’, the wind medicinal should be prepared to assist in opening and freeing, emesis and purgation so as to open blocks onto pathogen and unblocking qi movement.
