中国蒙医整骨术骨折固定的特征、特质及其准则

摘　　要：中国蒙医整骨术骨折固定具有自然、绿色、无创伤特色。利用生理心理、生物力学原理及方法讨论其骨折固定特征、特质及其准则时发现,中国蒙医整骨术相对于中医正骨术的骨折固定更有"生理愈合-心理恢复"兼顾、"结构稳定-受力平衡"兼顾、"运动适应-应力适应"兼顾独具特征,生理与心理"动"稳定、静态与动态"动"平衡、作用力与反作用力"动"统一独有特质。因而恪守"生理心理""动静合一""以力对力""成破平衡"独特准则。这是它传继与沿用至今的根本给力点,更是当今骨折固定疗法整体、动态、功能化发展方向。Chinese Mongolian orthopedic fracture fixation has natural, green and non-invasive characteristics. With physiological and psychological, biological mechanics principle and method to discuss the fracture features, characteristics and standards, the Chinese Mongolian whole relative to palasy technique using bone fracture fixation is more pay attention to the’physiological healing-psychological recovery’, pay attention to the ’structure stability-stress balance’, ’sports to adapt to the stress adaptation’-both unique characteristics, physiological and psychological ’move’ stability, static and dynamic balance ’move’,applied force and counterforce ’move’ unified unique trait. Therefore, we abide by the fixed and unique principles of ’physiology and psychology’, ’integration of movement and movement’, ’force to force’ and ’breaking the balance’. This is the fundamental point of its inheritance and use up to now, and it is also the development direction of holistic, dynamic and functional fracture fixation therapy.
