基于脏腑辨证对肿瘤相关性失眠的干预

摘　　要：通过临床观察发现,肿瘤患者常伴有失眠的发生,并且伴随病情的进展及治疗措施的应用,肿瘤相关性失眠可能会进一步恶化,从而严重影响病情预后及抗肿瘤治疗效果。李杰教授治疗肿瘤相关性失眠,基于脏腑辨证,从肝、脾、肾辨治肿瘤相关性失眠;针对患有难治性失眠的恶性肿瘤患者,在上述脏腑辨治的基础上结合恶性肿瘤的核心病机,从根本上解决难治性失眠,常取得了较好的疗效,为肿瘤相关性失眠的中医干预提供了新的思路。Through clinical observation,it is found that cancer patients are often accompanied by insomnia.With the progress of the disease or the application of treatment,cancer-related insomnia would further deteriorate,thereby affecting the prognosis of the disease and the effect of anti-tumor treatment.Professor LI Jie treats cancer related insomnia based on syndrome differentiation of zang-fu viscera.In view of patients with refractory cancer related insomnia,professor LI would fundamentally treat them combined with the core pathogenesis of malignant tumor on basis of syndrome differentiation of zang-fu viscera.It could achieve a curative effect,providing a new way of the TCM intervention of tumor-associated insomnia.
