摘 要:麻黄汤和桂枝汤均为经典老方,其有很强的代表性,组方精练,思路清晰,给后世医者在治疗外感病方面奠定了基础,指明了方向。然而在麻黄汤和桂枝汤的基础上又衍变了不少方剂,如:桂枝汤重白芍,加饴糖即小建中汤,原本治外感病的方剂即成了治内伤虚劳的祖方。证治范围也逐渐扩大,方义不免被后人误解。Mahuang Decoction and Guizhi Decoction are both the classic traditional prescriptions,which have great representativeness,concise formulation and clear ideas,laying a foundation and pointing out the direction for later generations of doctors in the treatment of exogenous diseases.However,on the basis of Mahuang Decoction and Guizhi Decoction,many prescriptions have been changed,such as Guizhi Decoction with heavy weight of Paeonia lactiflora and Xiaojianzhong Decoction with bait sugar.Thus the prescription originally intended for curing exogenous diseases has become an ancestral prescription for treating internal injury and consumptive disease.The scope of syndrome and treatment has gradually expanding,and the prescription interpretation is unavoidably misunderstood by later generations.
