摘　　要：脏象理论是中医理论体系的重要组成部分,脾脏象理论亦是脏象理论研究的核心,中医脾脏象理论经历了不断发展、渐次完善的历史过程,经过历代医家的研究整理已形成较为系统和完善的理论,但随着临床实践和现代科学的发展,中医脾脏象理论仍需我们不断补充和完善。文章以时代为主线,厘清中医脾脏象理论的发展脉络和特点,以期促进中医脾脏象理论的发展和原始创新。The theory of visceral manifestations is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) theory.Especially, the theory of visceral manifestations of spleen. The theory of visceral manifestations of the spleen has undergone a historical process of continuous development. After many years’ research, previous researchers have established a relatively perfect and systematic theory. However, with the development of clinical practice and modern science, many new viewpoints and situations come up in the end of the theory of visceral manifestations of the spleen, which requires constantly supplementation and perfection. This article took the era as the main line, clarified the development sequence and characteristics of the theory of visceral manifestations of the spleen in TCM, so as to promote the development and innovation of the theory of visceral manifestations of the spleen in TCM.
