摘　　要："肝生于左,肺藏于右,心部于表,肾治于里"出自《素问·刺禁论》。对于这句话的理解,众医家进行了解读释义,而不尽相同。其中有认为这是谬误而无视者,则完全忽视了先贤的真义。这句话所想表达的涵义、其余医家的注释是否合理是值得思考的问题。笔者在对历代医家的注解进行梳理的过程中,认为结合周易八卦来理解涵义更加符合原文,并对实际治疗提供指导。Quoted from Suwen·the Prohibition of Pricking, the saying ’hepatic qi germinating left side, lung qi hiding right side, heart qi governing outside, kidney qi governing inside’ has been interpreted differently by various physicians. Some of them consider the saying as falsehood of yore and neglect it, all of whom neglect the value of the wise completely. The true meaning of this saying and the rationality of the physicians’ interpretation is a question worthy of deliberation. After going through the physicians’ interpretation in all ages, the authors find it corresponds better by utilizing the eight diagrams of ’Zhouyi’ to help comprehend the original text to guide treatment.
