基于DEA博弈交叉效率的文检课教学调查及建议——以天津医科大学为例

摘　　要：建立客观的文献检索课教学质量评价系统,对现阶段面向不同阶段的学生开展文献检索课提出建议。利用DEA博弈交叉效率法,构建基于天津医科大学2018年16个文献检索教学班的绩效评价体系,以定量的方法,选取投入及产出指标进行分析。通过评价结果提出对不同阶段的学生的学时分配、教学方法、课程安排及对教师队伍的建设提出相应的改进意见。To establish an objective evaluation system for teaching quality of literature retrieval course,and give some suggestions on literature retrieval for students of different stages,this paper uses DEA game cross-efficiency method to construct a performance evaluation system based on 16 literature retrieval classes of Tianjin Medical University in 2018.The input and output indicators are selected for quantitative analysis.Through the evaluation results the author gives the corresponding improvement suggestions on the teaching hours allocation,teaching methods,course arrangement and the construction of the teaching staff for students at different stages.
