摘　　要：鲁班工坊是我国职业教育在国家“一带一路”的号召下,中资企业“走出去”服务国际产能合作,并提高本土人才的技术技能水平的中国职教国际化特色措施。巴基斯坦第二大城市拉合尔建造轻轨“橙线”项目,急需大量运营人员,但其国内各方面条件有限,该文分析巴基斯坦建立城市轨道交通“鲁班工坊”的必要性与可行性,探讨有效缓解了巴基斯坦发展中存在的瓶颈问题。Luban workshop is a kind of measures of Chinese vocational education with international features in which China-invested enterprises carry out“going-out”strategy to serve the international capacity cooperation,and improve the technical skill level of local talents,with China’s vocational education under the call of national“Belt and Road Initiative”.Lots of operating personnel are urgently needed in light rail project“Orange Line”to be built in Lahore,the second largest city of Pakistan,but the conditions at different aspects in Pakistan are limited.This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of establishing the urban mass transit“Luban workshop”,and discusses how to effectively relieve the bottleneck problems existing in the development of Pakistan.
