摘　　要：思想政治教育和心理健康教育的目的是一致的,大学生的教育结合两者的特点,这样更有利于发挥优势和弥补不足,以帮助大学生提高文化素养促进身心的全面健康发展,引导大学生树立正确的人生观、价值观。通过培养学生的创造力、记忆力、想象力提高学生的素质,使学生能够掌握专业的知识和技能;通过增强学生挫折应对能力、沟通协作能力、情绪管理能力,发展学生社会的适应能力。Ideological and political education is consistent with psychological health education in purpose,and the education of university students combines the characteristics of these two,so as to facilitate to develop the advantages and make up deficiencies,so as to help the university students to improve the cultural literacy and promote the comprehensive and sound development of their physical and mental aspects,and guide them to build up correct outlook on life and values.Through cultivation of the students’creativity,memory,and imagination and improvement of their quality,the students can master the professional knowledge and skills;and through the enhancement of their reaction to setbacks,communication and cooperation ability,and emotional management ability,their social adaptability will be developed.
