摘　　要：中医是哲学,首先因为它回答了哲学的基本问题——世界的本质和基础是物质而不是意识,承认物质是第一性。中医的精气学说,承认世界是物质的,气是世界的本源,气一分为二,分为阴气、阳气,再进一步,阴变阳和,化生五行,它们都统一于物质,都是物质的概念,揭示了世界一元论的本质。老子将中医的阴阳在《道德经》中上升为哲学范畴反映世界万物对立统一关系的辨证关系,是对世界本原的二元论的阐释。同时中医的五行学说又反映了世界本原的一种多元论。而这三种古典哲学贯穿于中医学,都详细阐释于中医经典著作《黄帝内经》中,用以说明人体的组织结构、生理功能、病理变化,并指导人们养生防病和临床诊断治疗。其次中医理论体系的辨证观念也蕴含着深刻的哲学理论。因此,中医是一门蕴含丰富哲学理论基础并具有独特医学理论体系的应用医学。Traditional Chinese medicine is philosophy.Firstly because it answers the basic question of philosophy-the essence and foundation of the world is matter rather than consciousness,and recognition of matter is first.The theory of fineness of traditional Chinese medicine recognizes that the world is material,that gas is the origin of the world,that gas is divided into two,divided into yin and yang,and further,yin and yang,and the five elements of metaplasia,all of which are unified in matter.They are all concepts of matter,revealing the essence of world monism.Laozi promoted the yin and yang of traditional Chinese medicine in the Tao Te Ching to the dialectical relationship of the philosophical category reflecting the unity of the unity of all things in the world.It is the interpretation of the dualism of the world's primitive.At the same time,the five elements of Chinese medicine reflect a pluralism of the world's original.These three classical philosophies run through Chinese medicine and are explained in detail in the classic Chinese classic Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor,which is used to explain the human body's organizational structure,physiological functions,pathological changes,and to guide people's health and disease prevention and clinical diagnosis and treatment.Secondly,the dialectical concept of the theoretical system of Chinese medicine also contains profound philosophical theories.Therefore,traditional Chinese medicine is an applied medicine with rich philosophical theory and a unique medical theory system.
