摘　　要：安徽省宿州市第一人民医院中医老年病科在长期中医药治疗老年病的过程中,以阴阳学说、卫气营血理论为指导,探索老年性口腔干燥症的病因病机特点、证治原则及用药特点。文章旨在总结本院中医老年病科应用经典方剂玉液汤加味治疗老年性口腔干燥症的诊疗思路及用药特点。初步探讨本科室应用经典方剂玉液汤加味论治老年性口腔干燥症的经验。In the course of department of traditional Chinese medicine geriatrics diseases in Suzhou first people's hospital of AnHui province,guided by the theory of yin and yang and the theory of defensive qi and nutrient blood,the etiology,pathogenesis,characteristics and syndrome treatment principles of geriatric oral desiccation was explored.The purpose of this article is to summarize the diagnosis and treatment of senile oral desiccation by yuye decoction.The experience of treating senile dry mouth with yuye decoction was discussed.
