中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡

摘　　要：目的观察自拟消溃汤治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取符合标准的患者104例,随机分为2组,各52例。治疗组予抗幽门螺杆菌治疗后,予自拟消溃汤治疗;对照组予抗幽门螺杆菌治疗后,予兰索拉唑片(肠溶片)30 mg,1次/d加铝碳酸镁片1.0 g,3次/d口服;2组疗程均为8周,其中口服铝碳酸镁片疗程为1周。结果在临床疗效方面,治疗组总有效率98.1%,对照组总有效率86.5%,差异有统计学意义(х^2=7.204,P=0.027)。在临床症状缓解方面,治疗组胃脘痛、腹胀、反酸、厌食总有效率分别为:100.0%、100.0%、97.1%、100.0%,对照组胃脘痛、腹胀、反酸、厌食总有效率分别为:83.7%、85.7%、81.1%、87.8%,差异有统计学意义(х^2值分别为8.160、7.056、6.403、6.500,P值分别为0.017,0.029,0.041,0.039)。在胃镜下胃黏膜恢复情况比较方面,治疗组总有效率为98.1%,对照组总有效率为86.5%,差异有统计学意义(х^2=6.616,P=0.037)。结论自拟消溃汤治疗消化性溃疡疗效好、安全性高。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaokui decoction on treating peptic ulcer.Methods 104 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups,with 52 cases in each.The both were given anti-helicobacter pylori treatment,the treatment group was given Xiaokui decoction,and the control group was given Lansoprazole and Hydrotalcite tablets.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks,among which Hydrotalcite Tablets were taken orally for 1 week.Results The clinical effect rate in treatment group was 98.1%,and the rate in control group was 86.5%.The difference was statistically significant(х^2=7.204,P=0.027)between two groups.In terms of the relief of clinical symptoms,the total effective rates of upper abdominal pain,abdominal distension,anti-acid and anorexia in the treatment group were 100%,100%,97.1%,100%,and the rates in the control group were 83.7%,85.7%,81.1%,and 87.8%,and the difference was statistically significant(х^2=8.160,7.056,6.403,6.500,P=0.017,0.029,0.041,0.039).In terms of comparison of gastric mucosa recovery under gastroscopy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.1%,while that of the control group was 86.5%.The difference was statistically significant(х^2=6.616,P=0.037).Conclusion Xiaokui decoction is effective and safe in treating peptic ulcer.
