恶性肿瘤伴多发性骨转移患者治疗中应用氯化锶的效果及不良反应探讨

摘　　要：目的分析恶性肿瘤伴多发性骨转移患者治疗中应用氯化锶(89SrCl2)的效果及不良反应。方法60例恶性肿瘤伴多发性骨转移患者,随机分成参照组及观察组,各30例。参照组接受唑来膦酸治疗,观察组在参照组基础上给予氯化锶进行治疗。观察对比两组治疗后的止痛效果、生存质量改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的止痛总有效率83.33%高于参照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的生存质量总改善率为90.00%,高于参照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为30.00%,参照组的不良反应发生率为33.33%,两组比较差异无统计学(P>0.05)。结论对恶性肿瘤伴多发性骨转移患者行氯化锶联合唑来膦酸治疗,可减轻患者病痛折磨,改善其生存质量,且不良反应发生率无升高现象,效果明显。Objective To analyze the effect and adverse reactions of strontium chloride(89SrCl2)in the treatment of patients with malignant tumors and multiple bone metastases.Methods A total of 60 patients with malignant tumors and multiple bone metastases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received zoledronic acid for treatment,and the observation group received strontium chloride for treatment on the basis of the control group.Observation and comparison were made on analgesic effect,quality of life improvement and occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher total effect rate of analgesia as 83.33%than 60.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher total improvement rate of quality of life as 90.00%than 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had incidence of adverse reactions as 30.00%,and the control group had incidence of adverse reactions as 33.33%.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The intervention of strontium chloride combined with zoledronic acid shows obvious effect in patients with malignant tumors and multiple bone metastases.It can alleviate the suffering of patients and improve their quality of life,and the incidence of adverse reactions is not increased.
