“自然重建理念”对矫形外科发展的意义

摘　　要：“自然重建理念”提出12年来推动了秦泗河矫形外科乃至中国矫形外科事业的蓬勃发展,使古老的矫形外科专业重新焕发了生机。结合践行自然重建理念的切身临床实践经历以及当前医疗困境,追根溯源,探究其中奥秘,指出人体身心健康存在微妙的生态平衡,自然重建理念遵循这个自然规律,在对机体治疗干预过程中最大限度维护了人体生态平衡,在保障治疗效果的基础上最大限度减少了医疗相关并发症,使得当前的矫形医学呈现勃勃生机。自然重建理念助推医学回归生命科学本位,助力矫形外科绿色发展,为生态医学探索发展之路。The concept of natural reconstruction has promoted the vigorous development of Qin Sihe orthopedic surgery even the Chinese orthopedic career in the last 12 years,making the ancient orthopedic surgery profession fresh with vitality.Based on personal experience of practicing the theory of natural reconstruction in clinical practice and analysis of the current medical predicament,the authors put forward that there is delicate balance between the physical and mental health of human beings.The concept of natural reconstruction follows this natural law and maintains the ecological balance of human body.In the process of intervention,the ecological balance of human body is maintained to the maximum extent,and the medical related complications are minimized on the basis of ensuring the effectiveness of treatment which makes the current orthopedic medicine flourish.The concept of natural reconstruction promotes medicine to return to the standard of life science,contributes to the green development of orthopedic surgery and explores the way of development for ecological medicine.
