浅析福建近代华侨工业对厦门市政建设的影响

摘　　要：近代华侨投资对城市发展有重要影响,福建近代华侨投资企业中,厦门占有相当比重。通过对实例的调查与分析,尝试从近代厦门市政设施建设的角度切入,初步了解福建近代华侨投资下的工业建筑发展概况。在田野调查与档案研究的基础上,以1840年-1949年间福建华侨工业为主要研究对象,通过对其地域分布、产业类别、发展特点等分析,结合部分厦门市政建设上的具体案例研究,浅析近代华侨投资对厦门市政建设方面的影响。研究发现这种影响从近代伊始一直持续到今日,在水利、电力、公共交通方面影响更甚,成为该地区的重要特质。The modern overseas Chinese investment has an important influence on urban development, and Xiamen occupies a considerable proportion of the overseas Chinese investment enterprises in Fujian. Through the investigation and analysis of the examples, we try to make a preliminary study on the development of industrial buildings under the investment of Chinese expatriates in modern Fujian Province. On the basis of field investigation and archival research, Fujian overseas Chinese industry in 1840-1949 is the main research object, through the analysis of its geographical distribution, industrial category, development characteristics and so on, combined with some concrete case studies on municipal construction in Xiamen, we analyze the influence of overseas Chinese investment on Xiamen municipal construction.The study found that this effect, which lasted from the beginning of modern times to the present day, has a greater impact on water,electricity and public transport, and has become an important feature of the region.
