摘 要:采用数值仿真和理论分析相结合的方法研究了频率对PIN(positive-intrinsic-negative)限幅器微波脉冲热损毁效应的影响.研究发现,在相同脉冲宽度情况下,PIN限幅器微波脉冲热损毁功率阈值随频率的升高而降低,由于在一定功率下虽然频率与微波脉冲能量无关,但是在相同脉冲宽度情况下,PIN管阻抗周期性增大的次数随着频率的升高而增多,使得PIN管平均阻抗增大,实际吸收能量增多.该规律对全面评估PIN限幅器的微波脉冲防护能力具有重要的意义.The influence of the frequency on the thermal burnout effect of a positive-intrinsic-negative(PIN)diode limiter is studied with numerical simulation and theoretical analysis.The study shows that the microwave pulse thermal burnout power threshold of a PIN diode limiter decreases with the increase of the frequency under the same microwave pulse width.This is due to the fact that although the frequency is irrelevant to the microwave pulse energy under the same power,the number of the periodic increases of the PIN diode impedance rises with the increase of the frequency under the same pulse width.Thus,the average impedance and the actual absorbed energy of the PIN diode increase,too.This phenomenon is significant for the comprehensive evaluation of the protective capability of a PIN diode limiter to microwave pulses.
