摘　　要：目的探讨青年男性网络成瘾状况与心理健康水平之间的关系,为提升青年男性生活满意度、减轻网络成瘾症状提供理论指导。方法随机抽取浙江省3所大学800名青年男性进行问卷调查,采用一般健康问卷(CHQ-28)以及自编网络成瘾问卷测量其心理健康程度和网络行为情况,并通过线性回归以及结构方程模型对问卷进行分析。结果青年男性的心理健康水平对其网络成瘾状况有显著性影响(P<0.001);网络成瘾状况可通过心理健康为中介对生活满意程度造成显著性影响(P<0.001);家庭结构完整,家庭关系和谐能显著提升青年男性的心理健康水平并且减少网络成瘾情况(P<0.05)。结论青年男性的网络成瘾问题与心理健康水平密切相关,提升心理健康水平以及改善家庭环境等措施有助于控制网络成瘾问题。Objective To examine the possible correlation between internet addiction disorder(IAD)and mental state of the young men so as to obtain scientific knowledge to inform practitioners in working to promote life satisfaction and ease internet addiction of the young people.Methods Firstly,800 male students from three universities in Zhejiang province were chosen as the subjects of study.Secondly,the subjects were surveyed with a general health questionnaire(CHQ-28)and a self-designed internet addition questionnaire to assess the mental states and the internet behavior of the subjects.The results of the survey were then subjected to linear regression and structural equation model based analysis.Results The results showed that the young men addicted to internet had significantly more negative state of mental health(P<0.001).In addition,the level of mental health could serve as mediating variable of IAD that could significantly affect life satisfaction(P<0.001).Integrity of family structure and solidarity of family relationship could significantly promote the mental health of the subjects and mitigate their IAD(P<0.05).Conclusions Internet addiction is closely related to the state of mental health.Improvement of the mental health and the family relationship of the young men who are addicted to the internet can help control IAD in young men.
