摘  要:目的探究支气管阻塞器(BB)行单肺通气(OLV)在小儿胸腔镜中的应用价值。方法抽取行胸腔镜手术治疗的患儿45例作为研究对象,对照组采用支气管插管,观察组采用支气管阻塞器,观察两组患儿通气效果。结果两组患儿气道压均从T1开始升高,与对照组进行比较,观察组患儿各时点升高更为明显;观察组单肺通气时间、手术时间、拔管时间、肺萎陷时间、出血量均明显小于对照组(P<0.05);两组在定位时间上对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论胸腔镜手术基于其创伤小,行支气管阻塞器单肺通气能够为患儿提供良好的肺萎陷及充分通气,有助于提升手术安全性。Objective To investigate the value of one lung ventilation(OLV)with bronchial blocker(BB)in children with thoracoscopy.Methods 45 children undergoing thoracoscopic surgery were divided into two groups:the control group was treated with bronchial intubation and the observation group was treated with bronchial blocker.Results The airway pressure in each group was increased from T1 to T4,and there was a significant difference between the two groups.Compared with the control group,the airway pressure in the observation group was significantly increased at each time point,and the time of single lung ventilation,operation and extubation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The amount of bleeding was obviously less in the observation than in the control group,and the time of location and lung collapse in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thoracoscopic surgery is widely used in clinical practice on the basis of its advantages such as small trauma and so on.Based on the requirement of operation visual field,one lung ventilation with bronchial blocker can provide good pulmonary collapse and adequate ventilation for children.It is helpful to improve the safety of operation.
