摘　　要：目的探讨不良情绪对乳腺癌患者化疗后生命质量及免疫功能的影响。方法选取已婚女性乳腺癌患者100例,按照量表测试结果将患者分为对照组、焦虑组、抑郁组和焦虑抑郁并发组各25例,对比各组患者治疗后生命质量和免疫功能情况。结果对照组生命质量评分最高,其各项评分均明显高于焦虑组、抑郁组和焦虑抑郁并发组;焦虑抑郁并发组生命质量评分最低,其各项评分均明显低于焦虑组、抑郁组和对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组血清IL-2(白细胞介素-2)、IFN-γ(γ-干扰素)表达水平最高,血清IL-4(白细胞介素-4)、IL-5(白细胞介素-5)、IL-10(白细胞介素-10)、IL-17(白细胞介素-17)表达水平最低,焦虑抑郁并发组血清IL-2、IFN-γ表达水平最低,血清IL-4、IL-5、IL-10、IL-17表达水平最高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不良情绪可诱致乳腺癌患者化疗后生命质量下降,免疫功能降低。Objective To investigate the effect of adverse mood on quality of life(QOL)and immune function in patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy.Methods 100 married female breast cancer patients were selected and divided into 4 groups:the control group(n=25),anxiety group(n=25),depression group(n=25)and combination of both(n=25).The quality of life and immune function were compared between each group.Results The quality of life score in the control group was the highest,and all the scores were significantly higher than those of the anxiety group,depression group and combination group.The score of quality of life in combination group was the lowest,which was significantly lower than those of anxiety group,depression group and control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-2(interleukin-2)and IFN-γ(γ-interferon)were the highest in the control group,serum IL-4(interleukin-4),IL-5(interleukin-5)and the expression levels of IL-10(interleukin-10)and IL-17(interleukin-17)were the lowest.The expression levels of serum IL-2 and IFN-γwere the lowest in the combination group,while the expression levels of IL-4、IL-5,IL-10 and IL-17 were the highest,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adverse mood can reduce the quality of life and immune function of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy.
