摘 要:为解决弹体加工车间因生产周期长,生产过程资源耗费大,研究样本少等缺点不便于展开调度问题研究的难题,本文基于C#.NET设计实现了导弹弹体加工车间调度仿真系统。该系统经过科学的需求分析,从体系框架、系统功能和数据结构三方面展开设计,实现了静态调度与动态调度相结合的车间调度系统仿真,能在一定程度上提高弹体加工车间工作效率,并为车间调度算法研究提供仿真平台。As the missile body processing workshop production cycle is long,production process resources are expensive,and research samples are less,it is difficult to do research on the problem of missile body processing workshop scheduling.In order to solve this problem,the missile body processing workshop scheduling simulation system is designed.After scientific demand analysis,the system is designed from three aspects of system framework,system function and database,and the simulation of workshop scheduling combining static scheduling with dynamic scheduling is realized.It can improve the working efficiency of missile body processing workshop to a certain extent,and provide a simulation platform for the study of workshop scheduling algorithm.
