摘  要:针对低压多段初级永磁无刷直线电机在运行过程中,多段初级磁场的耦合带来静推力波动特性变化的问题。本文利用有限元软件进行建模仿真,研究多段初级永磁无刷直线电机在低压运行过程中静推力的动态变化。根据静推力动态变化的规律,提出改变电机电压等级与磁场气隙距离的方法,进而抑制静推力波动。经过实验验证,在低电压运行条件下,通过改变电压等级大小与改变气隙距离大小,能够良好地抑制多段初级永磁无刷直线电机静推力波动特性。For the low-voltage multi-stage primary permanent-magnet brushless linear motor,the coupling of the multi-stage primary magnetic field brings about the problem of the variation of the static thrust fluctuation characteristics.This paper uses the finite element software to carry on the modeling simulation,researches the dynamic change process of the multi-stage primary permanent-magnet brushless linear motor in the low-pressure operation process.According to the regulation of static thrust dynamic change,the method of changing the distance between the motor voltage level and the magnetic field air gap is proposed to suppress the static thrust fluctuation.Through experimental verification,under the condition of low voltage operation,by changing the voltage level and changing the air gap distance,the static thrust fluctuation characteristics of multi-stage primary permanent magnet brushless linear motor can be well suppressed.
