摘 要:光面爆破是控制围岩超、欠挖和损伤并且实现安全高效施工的关键技术。以广州地铁21号线为工程背景,总结分析原常规爆破方案的主要问题,开展多次现场光面爆破试验,不断优化爆破参数,进而提出了适合于广州地铁隧道Ⅱ~Ⅲ级围岩全断面掘进的光面爆破方案。应用表明,光面爆破技术可有效地控制围岩超、欠挖及爆破损伤,不平整度控制在10 cm以内,爆破损伤深度控制在25 cm以内;开挖轮廓光滑平顺,有利于围岩稳定;实现了地铁隧道安全、高效的钻爆法施工,并取得了良好的社会和经济效益。Smooth blasting is a key technique to control overbreak or underbreak and minimize damage of surrounding rock at the boundary of an excavation and to achieve safe and efficient construction.Taking Guangzhou Metro Line 21 as the engineering background,the main problems existing in the original conventional blasting scheme were summarized and analyzed,and a few of field smooth blasting tests were also carried out.Through optimizing the smooth blasting parameters,a set of tunnel smooth blasting scheme being suitable for the Guangzhou metro tunnel withⅡandⅢclass surrounding rock was finally put forward.Field tests show that smooth blasting technique can effectively control the blasting overbreak or underbreak and damage of surrounding rock,the roughness is controlled within 10 cm and the blasting damage depth is controlled within 25 cm;Ensure the smooth outline of the excavation and be beneficial to the stability of surrounding rock;The rapid tunneling of tunnel construction has been realized,and the good social and economic benefits have been obtained.
