摘  要:目的:探索400m栏不同训练手段的效果。方法:应用血乳酸对安徽省专业队现役运动员伍磊的传统大负荷训练模式和改良后的训练模式进行了跟踪监测和分析。结果:①传统的大负荷间歇训练模式血乳酸堆积较高,乳酸的清除速率慢,运动成绩提高不明显;②改良后的专项大负荷训练模式,血乳酸堆积相对较少,乳酸清除速度相对较快,运动成绩稳步提高。结论:①改良后大负荷训练法优于传统的训练方法;②冲酸、耐酸训练要与本项目的实际需要密切相关,过高的乳酸堆积、过长的耐酸时间难以提高训练质量;③个体系统化的乳酸监控是提高运动成绩的有效手段之一。Objective:In order to probe into the effect of the different training method for the 400-metre-hurdle.Methods:The researcher tracked and analyzed the variation of blood lactic acid caused by the traditional overload training method and the improved training method,which are taken to train Anhui professional athlete Wu Lei.Result:①The traditional training method,which lead to higher accumulation and lower clearance rate of blood lactic acid,doesn’t heighten clearly the athletic results.②The improved overload specific training mode,which lead to lower accumulation and higher clearance rate of blood lactic acid relatively,increases athletic results steadily.Conclusion:①The improved overload training mode is better than the traditional training method.②Anti-lactic training should be suitable to the hurdle.It is hard to improve training achievement with higher lactic accumulation and longer time anti-lactic training.③Systematic individual lactic monitor is the most effective means to control the training interval period and also one of effective methods to increase the athletic results.
