数字经济时代应用型保险人才培养的探索与思考

摘　　要：数字经济时代,传统产业数字化、网络化和智能化转型步伐加快,新业态和新模式持续涌现。作为数字经济占比较高的保险业,服务理念、经营模式、营销渠道、产品创新等方面都在经历深刻的变革。随着互联网和数字技术的广泛应用,保险行业从业人员的数字素养和数字技能愈发成为重要的能力。应用型保险专业人才培养需要进行相应的创新,包括确立适应数字经济要求的人才培养目标,强化数字素质和技能的培养,构建融专业技能与数字技能于一体的知识体系,以培养适应数字经济时代需求的应用型人才。In the digital economy era,the pace of digitization,networking and intelligent transformation of traditional industries is accelerating,and new business forms and new modes keep emerging.With a high proportion of digital economy,the service concept,business model,marketing channel,product innovation of the insurance industry are undergoing profound changes.With the wide application of Internet and digital technology,the digital literacy and skills of insurance employees have become more and more important.The cultivation of applied insurance professionals needs innovation to meet the needs of the digital economy era,including the establishment of personnel training objectives to meet the requirements of digital economy,strengthen the training of digital quality and skills,and build a knowledge system integrating professional skills and digital skills.
