摘　　要：改革开放40年以来,辅导员职业素质结构是基于辅导员职业角色定位与职业发展需求而由职业意识、职业知识与职业技能所建构的有机整体,其演变总的趋势在于由现实结构向理想结构的不断趋近,在这种不断趋近中,现实支撑与理想指引同时存在,这种演变可看作是辅导员职业素质理想结构的建构过程。In the past 40 years of reform and opening up, the professional qualities of college advisors in China, an organic system consisting of professional consciousness, professional knowledge and professional skills defined by advisors’ professional roles and career development needs, has been evolving towards an ideal structure that is supported by the reality and guided by the ideal.
