摘 要:大学生群体内部利益冲突一直是高校校园不可忽视的重要现象,工科院校学生因为专业性格、专业思维问题,这方面展现出独特性。学生群体内部利益冲突可分为学习、财富、情感、选拔干部、升学就业等几个方面。工科院校大学生群体内部利益冲突的化解,首先需要从宏观层面打造良性的人文修养氛围,淡化学生工科处事思维;其次需要从微观层面建构工科院校大学生群体内部利益冲突的预防机制。Internal conflicts of interest among college students have always been a phenomenon not to be ignored. The problem is especially pronounced among students in engineering institutes owing to their professional personality and professional thinking. Conflicts of interest among engineering students can arise from several aspects: study, money, emotion, selection of student leaders, further education and employment. To improve the situation, efforts must be made, on the macro level, to create a benign cultural environment and discourage students from thinking professionally in worldly affairs, and on the micro level, to create precaution mechanisms to prevent internal conflicts of interest among engineering students.
