摘  要:学生奖惩制度是管理育人的重要平台,是重要的思想政治教育手段。当前高校学生奖惩工作在人本性、理念性、工具性、操作性方面存在一些不足,未能充分发挥育人功效。要坚持依法治校与程序公正、以生为本和准确适度、改革创新与办学传统、学风为先与全面发展相结合,从奖学金体系、评价方式、管理权限、违纪处理程序入手,完善高校学生奖惩制度。The reward and punishment system is an important platform for colleges and universities to educate students through management and an important means for students’ ideological and political education. Currently, the educational effect of the system is hindered by some institutional defects. To improve the reward and punishment system and achieve more effective education through management, colleges and universities must run the school by law and stick to procedural justice, be student-oriented and strive for accuracy and appropriateness when rewarding or punishing students. School traditions must be respected in the process of reform and innovation;the style of study and students’ integrated development must be given priority. A better reward and punishment system requires serious efforts made in areas such as scholarship system, evaluation of students, administration authority and the handling of undisciplined students.
