摘　　要：“双一流”建设背景下,高校对应用型人才培养步入新的时代,机遇与挑战并存。以中国药科大学为例,总结专硕实践育人体系的成功经验和特色优势,在广泛调研基础上,归纳出学校在实践教学、双导师合作及企业实践育人等方面暴露的问题。以问题为导向,从实践课程、基础训练、实践训练等方面出发,分析探索出优化药学硕士专业学位研究生实践育人体系的方法和途径。Under the background of“Double First-Class initiative”construction,the cultivation of application-oriented talents in colleges and universities has entered a new era,where opportunities and challenges coexist.Taking China Pharmaceutical University as an example,this paper summarizes the successful experiences and characteristic advantages of the school s special practical education system.It also summarizes the problems exposed by the school in the aspects of practical teaching,cooperation between two tutors and enterprise practical education on the basis of extensive investigation.From the aspects of practical courses,basic and practical training and oriented by the problems mentioned above,this paper analyzes and explores the methods and approaches to optimize the practical education system for graduate students of master of Pharmacy.
