强化军事院校电子技术实践教学兵种特色的思考

摘　　要：经过本次军事院校调整,兵种院校人才培养目标进一步清晰,基础教学的地位得到进一步巩固,办学特色也应该更加鲜明;电子技术实践教学内容相对开放,在强化兵种院校基础教学特色化方面大有可为。该文以军队兵种教育院校人才培养为出发点,以强化基础教学课程兵种特色为目标,以电子技术实践教学为研究对象,结合近几年教学科研经历,对电子技术实践教学现状进行了分析,从教员培养、教学案例设计、强化学员主体性等方面进行了探讨。After the adjustment of military academies,their target of talent cultivation is more specified than before.The teaching of fundamental subjects is consolidated.Characteristics of teaching should be more vivid and contents of practical teaching in electronics is relatively more flexible.There is a desirable future in strengthening the fundamental teaching characteristics in military academies.Originated from the talent cultivation of military academies,the characteristics of the basic teaching curriculum are highlighted in this paper.We study the practical teaching in electronics and share our experiences in teaching and research.The current situation of practical teaching in electronics is overviewed with specific discussions on training of teachers,design of teaching cases,strengthening the subjectivity of students,etc.
