摘　　要：为了实现应用型高校电气工程及其自动化专业的人才培养目标,分析了专业的区域人才需求,首先介绍了本专业的发展现状和发展趋势,其次分析了浙江省区域经济特点分布及对人才的需求,最后结合浙江万里学院电气工程及其自动化专业近几年毕业生的就业行业分布数据,提出了几点关于专业人才培养的对策和建议。In order to achieve the talent training goal of electrical engineering and automation in an application-oriented university,the local talent demands are analyzed.Firstly,the present development situation and development trend of this major are introduced.Secondly,the characteristics of local economy in Zhejiang province and its demands for talent are analyzed.Combing with the employment industry distribution of electrical engineering and automation graduates from Zhejiang Wanli university in recent years,some countermeasures and suggestions for the major talent training are proposed.
