补肾壮骨汤辅助治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果及对患者血清Leptin水平、生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究补肾壮骨汤辅助治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果及对患者血清Leptin水平、生活质量的影响。方法:研究对象选取我院2016年9月-2018年9月收治的68例老年OVCF患者,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各34例。两组患者均行经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗,对照组常规口服骨化醇、碳酸钙,观察组加服补肾壮骨汤。比较两组患者的疗效、骨密度值、血清Leptin水平及SF-36评分。结果:观察组总有效率为91.17%,显著高于对照组79.41%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组T12~L1部位骨密度值、血清Leptin水平、SF-36评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组骨密度值、SF-36评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),血清Leptin水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾壮骨汤辅助治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折能够明显降低血清Leptin水平,改善骨质疏松,提高生活质量,治疗效果更好,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the effect of Bushen Zhuanggu decoction(补肾壮骨汤)on senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures and its effect on serum Leptin level and quality of life of patients.Methods:The subjects of this study were 68 elderly OVCF patients admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with percutaneous kyphoplasty,while those in the control group were treated with oral ossification alcohol and calcium carbonate,and those in the observation group were treated with Bushen Zhuanggu decoction(补肾壮骨汤).Efficacy,BMD,serum Leptin level and SF-36 scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 91.17%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.41%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in BMD,serum Leptin level and SF-36 score between the two groups at T12~L1 sites(P>0.05).After treatment,BMD and SF-36 scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and serum Leptin levels were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Zhuanggu decoction(补肾壮骨汤)could significantly reduce serum Leptin level,improve osteoporosis,improve the quality of life,and achieve better therapeutic effect in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures in the elderly,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
