玉红汤联合药液洗眼治疗流行性出血性结膜炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究探讨玉红汤联合药液洗眼治疗流行性出血性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2016年1月-2018年7月就医的80例流行性出血性结膜炎患者进行前瞻性研究,分组方法为随机数字表法,将患者随机划分为两组,每组40例,对照组给予常规滴眼液滴眼治疗,观察组给予玉红汤内服+药液洗眼治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、症状评分、球结膜厚度、血清炎症因子指标、生活质量评分。结果:(1)组间临床疗效比较,观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)治疗后,观察组的各项症状评分、血清炎症因子各项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05),其球结膜上皮层厚度、球结膜固有层厚度均薄于对照组(P<0.05),其生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:玉红汤内服联合药液洗眼可有效缓解流行性出血性结膜炎患者的临床症状,改善球结膜厚度,抑制炎症反应,有利于提高临床疗效和生活质量水平。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Yuhong decoction(玉红汤)plus liquid eyewash on epidemic hemorrhagic conjunctivitis.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with eye drops,and the observation group was given the Yuhong decoction more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of serum and serum inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower(P<0.05),and the thickness of the conjunctival epithelium and the thickness of the conjunctiva of the bulbar conjunctiva were thinner(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yuhong decoction plus liquid eyewash can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with epidemic hemorrhagic conjunctivitis,improve the thickness of conjunctiva,inhibit its inflammatory response,and improve its clinical efficacy and quality of life.
