摘　　要：我们对大功率船用柴油机球墨铸铁曲轴结构设计、滚压工艺等性能进行了研究,根据球铁曲轴的疲劳性能、CAE分析强度、扭振性能提出相应的评定指标,为大功率船用柴油机球铁曲轴的设计和分析提供了参考。In this paper, performance of structure design and rolling process etc, of the ductile iron crankshaft of high-power marine diesel engine is studied. It puts forward the corresponding evaluation index for the fatigue property, CAE analysis of strength and torsional vibration performance of the ductile iron crankshaft, as reference for design and analysis.
