摘　　要：为探讨托莫西汀对儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的疗效,本文对托莫西汀治疗儿童ADHD的研究进行综述。通过阐述ADHD发病机制和治疗方案,总结托莫西汀治疗儿童ADHD的效果和安全性,并与哌甲酯、安慰剂治疗的效果进行比较,为ADHD临床治疗提供参考。The purpose of this review is to investigate the efficacy of atomoxetine in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),and this review summarizes the study of tomoxetine in the treatment of children with ADHD.After elucidating the pathogenesis and treatment of ADHD,as well as comparing with methylphenidate and placebo treatments,the efficacy and safety of tomoxetine in the treatment of ADHD children were determined,which could provide references for clinical treatment of ADHD.
