地方高校农科类专业创新创业人才培养探析

摘　　要：创新创业教育是适应新时代经济社会发展和深化高等教育改革的现实需要。分析了地方高校农科类专业创新创业教育面临的主要问题。以湖北工程学院为例,探讨以培养学生创新创业精神、知识和能力为着力点开展农科类专业创新创业教育,以及完善创新创业保障与激励机制的做法,为地方高校农科类专业创新创业人才培养提供参考。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is the realistic need of adapting up to the need of the economic development and deepening the higher education reform of new era.The main problems of students'innovation and entrepreneurship education in agricultural majors of local universities are discussed.Then,taking Hubei Engineering University as an example,this paper analyzed innovative and entrepreneurial talents cultivation practice in agricultural majors by training undergraduates’spirit,knowledge and skills of innovation and entrepreneurship,and perfecting the innovation and entrepreneurship protection and incentive mechanism.This study provides some references of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in agricultural majors for some local universities.
