摘 要:为了深入研究振动弛张筛工作时主浮筛框的运动规律,假设弛张筛主浮筛框的运动为平动与转动的叠加,在忽略阻尼作用的前提下,考虑转动,建立了振动弛张筛的力学模型,并通过振动微分方程求出解析解。求出了弛张筛上任意一点的运动轨迹方程,重点分析了运动规律,特征点的运动轨迹。通过实验测试了FFS2461型弛张筛的特征点的轨迹,对比了理论方法计算出的轨迹与实际轨迹的拟合程度,求出测点实测振幅的最大值和用考虑转动方法求出的振幅最大值的相对误差,并简要探讨了理论轨迹与实测轨迹产生偏差的原因。验证了假设的正确性,可以利用这种建模方法计算运动轨迹,并用以指导工程实践。In order to study the movement of the main frame and floating frame during the operation of flip-flow screen,we assume that the real movement of the vibrating flip-flow screen includes translation and rotation movement,ignore the damping effect and increased rotation effect and establish a mechanical model of the screen,we also found analytical solutions by solving vibration differential equations,and calculate the equation of motion of any position in the vibratory flip-flow screen,analyze the laws of movement and the motion track of feature points.Experiments are carried out to test the motion track of the feature points of the FFS2461 flip-flow screen.The fitting level of the motion track calculated by theoretical method and the actual motion track is compared.The relative error of maximum amplitude is analyzed,between the measured data and the result calculated considering the rotation.The reasons for the deviation between the theoretical trajectory and the measured trajectory are discussed.The correctness of the hypothesis is verified,and this model can be used to calculate the trajectory and to guide the engineering practice.
